We are a collective of excellent speakers, who are sometimes exceptional. Not always, sometimes. Therefore, we prefer that our speaking model be based on performance. We don’t seek fame, we seek IMPACT.
When we are rated as “Excellent” we prefer to be compensated based on that level of speaker; whereas if we are “Exceptional” by imprinting the audience in miraculous ways, then we prefer to have our compensation be based on this ultimate outcome. IMPACT and compensation are naturally in balance.
If we “bomb it”, then we will refund our travel and preparation fee, and if we are Ok to Good, then we prefer to be compensated somewhere in between “bombing” and “Exceptional".
You decide afterwards, after we speak, once you know the outcome, then it is easy to decide how much to compensate us. All we ask is that your decision be based on deciding from your heart. This way you will comfortably and confidently know how to rate us, and know how to compensate us.
Our performance-based sliding scale empowers you to decide.
In the end, compensate us on our IMPACT, our performance, so it’s 100% up to you.
NOTE: If your speaking budget is too limited to meet our performance-based model, then schedule a free Clarity Call to discuss with the respective Speaker. Depending on other life commitments, we MAY be able to accommodate your needs. We are inspired by IMPACT, and the dollars naturally follow.

Our Performance-Based Booking Process
How to Book a Speaking Engagement
1. Schedule a Complimentary Clarity Call
Begin by scheduling a complimentary Clarity Call through the New Earth Store. During this conversation, we’ll connect, answer your questions, discuss your event, and confirm availability.
2. Determine the Right Fit
Meet with the Speaker to explore your event goals, audience, and expectations. Together, we’ll determine whether the speaking engagement is the right fit for everyone involved.
3. Reserve Your Speaking Topic
If we decide to move forward, return to the New Earth Store, select your preferred keynote or presentation, and add it to your shopping cart.
4. Confirm Your Engagement
View your cart, scroll to the Online / Region options, select the appropriate location category, and submit the corresponding Confirmation Fee to officially reserve your event date.
5. Pay Based on Measured Impact
After the speaking engagement has been completed, you’ll have the opportunity to evaluate the value and impact delivered. Within 10 days (Net 10) of the event, simply return to the New Earth Store and select the performance rating that best reflects the Speaker’s impact. Your selected rating determines the final performance-based speaking fee.
