It all begins with awareness that a choice exists. Most leaders do not know that choosing is one of our superpowers. Once a leader sees the eXpansive path, they realize they have a choice, and can therefore decide to cross the bridge. That choice makes them a New Earth leader, guided first by intuition from their heart, and second by thoughts from their mind. New Earth leaders build New Earth organizations, supported by 5D Guides who have crossed the bridge before them.

Our business model is comprised of ten wedges that turn around one center: self, team, customer, community. Leadership Decision Point
Every leader stands at a fork in the road, whether they are consciously aware of it or not. One path is constrictive, ruled by fear, scarcity and a take-and-get mindset that keeps repeating what no longer works. The other is eXpansive, where consciousness grows, we connect as One, and business gives back more than it takes.
This decision comes before every wedge on the wheel. Choose the eXpansive path, and the wheel becomes how you build it, from the inside out.
Many missed the fork in 2020, when the Great Awakening opened the eXpansive path. They were not yet aware. Now, in 2027, the bridge is how we get there, and it is not too late. It is Divine timing to evolve from 3D to 5D consciousness.

Old business made you choose: purpose or prosperity, healing or wealth, presence or profit. A New Earth Organization refuses the split, uniting consciousness and commerce in one wheel.
