With more than two decades of experience in corporate leadership and strategy, much of that time at Accenture, Lorenzo supported global teams and senior executives operating in complex and high-pressure environments.
These experiences shaped his understanding of the internal pressures leaders carry and the importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and grounded decision making.
Along his personal journey, Lorenzo navigated significant life challenges while continuing to perform professionally. Those experiences deepened his belief that sustainable leadership is not only about performance, but also about presence, clarity, and alignment with who we truly are.
